Retired - Avalon Mist Wrap Bracelet

1. Begin by using a toothpick to dab a very small amount of E6000 glue into the bezel of your button, and place your 7mm Austrian crystal flatback crystal into the center. Let dry for 1 hour.

3. Cut 3 lengths of waxed linen cord measuring 2 feet each. Line up the ends of your cords and tape them to your work surface, leaving a 1 inch tail.
4. To create the loop portion of your clasp, weave a simple braid approximately 1.5 inches long. Remove the cords from the tape and bring the tail down against the base of your braid, testing the size of your loop around your button before creating an overhand knot. Clip the extra cord and re-tape the braided loop back onto your work surface.
5. Begin your bead weaving by pre-stringing 10 beads (or as many as you are comfortable working with) onto each of the three cords. Follow along with the video to weave a beaded braid of 13 inches or your desired length, loading more beads onto the cords as needed. To create a 14 inch bracelet, you will need 36 beads on each strand, for a total of 108 beads total.
6. Once the glue on your button is dry, clasp your bracelet by stringing the ends of your cord through the loop on the back of the button, and tie a double overhand knot. Clip the extra cord. Enjoy your bracelet!
