Retired - All Hallows Eve Hair Pins

1. Place a dab of E6000 on to the pad of the hair pin.
2. Then place the pad onto the back center of the cabochon.
3. Repeat the above process to make all 10 hair pins.
4. Allow the glue to dry completely before wearing.

  Project uses 1 piece. You will need 1 package.
