Our recent announcement about closing our store resulted in an outpouring of support from our customers and suppliers. Hearing how important Beadaholique is to you and the beading community lifted our spirits during this difficult time. We are so grateful to you.

Within days of closing, our founders Chris and Sarah found a buyer that was committed to keeping Beadaholique open and continuing our mission of being the world's most fun and engaging online resource for beading and jewelry supplies.

The new owners have many friends in the jewelry supply industry that will help us restock quickly and expand our selection. They also have wonderful partners with a high-tech warehouse and an order fulfillment team that specializes in jewelry supplies. Our store will soon provide everything you could want to make jewelry and your orders will ship even faster. We couldn't be more excited!

Of course, change is never easy, but progress is being made daily. Our new team includes some who have served you for over 10 years along with many new faces. We graciously ask for your patience in the coming weeks as we all work around the clock to rebuild Beadaholique.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return and refund policy for items marked Final Sale?
- All purchases of Blowout Sale items marked "Final Sale" made before Tuesday, March 15, are final with no returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please contact our customer service team ASAP. Due to increased demand, please allow extra time for your order to be picked and packed before it is shipped out.

I bought something that is now available at a lower price. Can I get a partial refund?
- No. All sales made before Tuesday, March 15, are final with no returns or refunds, including partial refunds. As we move closer to the last day of our Blowout Sale, some items may have higher markdowns. However, many items will sell out early. If you really want an item, do no wait to order it. Items that sell out will not come back in stock.

Only part of my order shipped. Will the unfulfilled items ship later?
- Unfortunately, any items that were not shipped with the rest of your order will be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process.
