Retired - Red Fox Necklace

1. From what you learned in the video you will paint the face of the fox using the patinas.
2. There is a front and back to the fox face. One has grooves of the face, this is the front. Lay it face up onto your work table.
3. Beginning with the Cinnabar, pour a small amount onto your work surface. Dip your paint brush and paint the center of the face. Please see photo for reference.
4. Wash your brush after every color change.
5. Now using the marble white, paint the cheeks.
6. Using the black patina, paint the inner ears, the inner eyes, down the nose and the tip of the nose.
7. Allow to dry for an hour or so.
8. Paint a thin layer of glaze over the top of the pendant. Allow to dry for an hour or so.
9. Take the finished chain and find the center. Cut the chain into two equal pieces using your flush cutters.
10. Open one jump ring and attach it to one side of the chain and to one loop of the pendant. Close the jump ring. Repeat on the other side of the pendant.
11. All done!
