1. Using flush cutters, cut two 7.5 inch lengths of gold chain.
2. Open a 4mm jump ring, string on the end link of one 7.5 inch length of gold chain, and attach the chain to one side loop of the gold fern connector bar. Close the jump ring.
3. Repeat step 2 to add the second length of gold chain to the other side loop of the gold fern connector bar.
4. Open a 4mm jump ring, string on the other end link of one length of gold chain, and attach it to the loop at the back of the clasp. Close the jump ring.
5. Open another 4mm jump ring and attach it to the end of the other length of gold chain. Close the jump ring.
6. Next, set the gold bail over the center point of the fern connector bar so that it sits evenly with one prong coming over each side. Then bring the crystal leaf into position between the two prongs, and press the prongs into the top hole of the leaf until the pendant is fully captured between the prongs. Your necklace is now complete.
7. To make one earring, take one TierraCast earring bail and open it slightly wider using pliers. Then insert a crystal briolette between the two prongs of the bail, and pinch the prongs securely into the holes of the bead.
8. Take one earring wire and open the loop slightly the same way you would open a jump ring. Slide the loop of the earring bail onto the earring wire from the long end toward the front, so that it sits in the loop. Close the loop of the earring wire over the bail.
9. Repeat steps 7-8 to make the second earring.
