I separate and store mine in plastic bead storage containers. If I only have a few pieces of an item, I put them in tiny ziplock bags.

I use fishing tackle boxes to store my beads. You can rearrange the dividers in the individual plastic boxes to any size you need! And the top holds all my tools, wire, etc.

I separate mine and keep them in my moms empty medicine containers.

Some are in plastic bags by colors. some are plastic containers. I have found that sorting by color works for me. as I look for color first, then a style or type. But I do have a few mixed bags where I throw the odds and ends!

I sort mine by color with leftover talenti ice cream containers. Because of their size it’s helpful and I find it easier to use up my scraps that way if they’re color coordinated :)

i store my bead mixes by colors in clear bags. then when a color mood strikes, i have a bead mix to use

    Amy Stapleton - December 12, 2024

I have a storage for photos that works great for different mixes. I store larger, smaller and two holed beads in separate ones.

I tend to still keep left over needs separate or in original containers. My kitties have not “helped” me yet to make bead soup, but I know there will come the day that it will happen.

    Joanie Crandall - December 12, 2024

I keep all my beads in zip bags (take up much less space than jars) grouped in bigger bags by color. But I have one 12 oz Ball jar full of to-be-sorted-later beads.
