I really liked watching the live tutorial and seeing the goodies in a Mr Kitty bag. I get in a routine with my beadwork and forget to see what is new. It’s been 10 years since I made a stretch bracelet. The size 8 green seed beads looked great with the pink two hole beads. Thank you Julie and Beadaholique!

Leftover beads are stored in old pretty jars that used to have candles. Most beads are loose in the jar. Another jar has special beads separated by type or color in small plastic bags.

    Donna Cates - December 12, 2024

All stored in beading containers. I trade what I don’t use at a craft trade fair.

    Donna - December 12, 2024

All my beads are stored in sperated containers, where I keep refilling to keep up on stock for all my beading projects. Whatever I don’t need or use I bring to a trade craft fair.

I like to store my large beads by color and my smaller beads by type. Depending on how many there are I either do a storage box or resealable bags. I find that it’s easier to select a color and see how many I have of the same color family and then incorporate more beads into the project.

I store leftover beads in round plastic containers that are divided into 8 pie shapes. I use one container per color and then separate the beads by shape. However, I’m thinking of mixing them all together in a bead soup. That might lead to more creativity.

I buy containers from Michaels and separate them into the 15 different slots. Then put them in totes. Works really good

    Chelsea Radziewski - December 12, 2024

If I have leftover beads I put them back in the little storage bin I had them in until they are gone. For bead “soups” I organize them into small groups (by color, size, type, etc.) then put them in little bags.
Yes, I’m very boring with my beads…

    Lorre Isaac - December 12, 2024

Some or my leftover are separate, some are mixed. I have purchased the “Mr. Kitty’s Mix”. I really enjoyed the items I received, I made several cute necklaces and such.

    Joy - December 12, 2024

I keep beads in the original bead tubes and have all the bead tubes in ziplock bags based on the type of beads. Like one ziplock has delica bead tubes and another has toho rounds bead tubes. If I have beads that didn’t come in tubes I put them in mini ziplock bags.
