Welcome to day #1 of Beadaholique's 12 Giveaways of Christmas! For this first giveaway, we wanted to give something that everyone could use, whether you are new to jewelry making or a seasoned pro! We are giving away a beautiful 8-piece tool set with all the tools needed to make bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and more.  This tool set, by The Beadsmith, comes in a color-coordinated case and retails for nearly $60 USD.

I use my crimping pliers for all sorts of unexpected tasks. I’ll use the tip as gripping pliers and the gap as a way to anchor jump rings without marring them. They work alongside my micro flat nose most of the time.

Bent nose pliers are my favorite jewelry making tool. They can get into most tight fitting spots. They’re convenient to open & close jump rings, connect links/chain, they work as pliers & the bent nose helps in all sorts of ways. Thank you to whoever invented all jewelry making tools but especially to whoever invented bent nose pliers!

Lately I have tried for the first time the bent nose pliers. I really love them. It gets the pliers out of the way to help see what you are doing.
