Retired - The Birth of Venus Necklace

1. Use your flush cutters to cut a piece of wire that is four feet long. Secure one end with a Bead Stopper.
2. Onto your wire, thread five top drilled gold oval pearls and twenty bronze gold nugget pearls. Repeat this stringing pattern eleven times, or more/less if you prefer a longer/shorter necklace.
3. Onto the end of your strand, thread a crimp bead. Remove the bead stopper from the opposite end of your necklace and thread the end through the crimp bead, going the opposite direction, so the two ends criss-cross inside the crimp bead.
4. Pull both ends tight, until your pearls on either end of the necklace touch.
5. Crimp the crimp bead, and trim off excess wire. As an added security measure, feel free to put a tiny dab of E6000 on the wire ends and the crimp bead.
6. Place a crimp bead cover over your crimp bead and gently squeeze it shut.
7. Optional: Following these directions, your necklace will be just under four feet long. To shorten it temporarily, twist the necklace until just before it starts to curl up on itself, and join the two ends together using the gold plated necklace shortener, (FCO-9801) as shown in the second photo.
