The pattern is cute and easy to do. The problems I had were with the kit supplies and a staff member when I telephoned regarding the supplies. First, the beads included in the kit are poor quality. The sizing is totally inconsistent. Second, there were obviously insufficient amounts for ANY culling. Third, without ANY culling, there weren't enough black beads to finish the second earring. It was 19 beads short. Finally, and this bothered me the most, when I telephoned to report the disparity and request the additional beads be sent, I had to deal with a staff member questioning my integrity! Like I am trying to rip Beadaholique off for 20 crappy beads! If I 'd had any crappy matching beads, I wouldn't have wasted my time calling! I've been a frequent customer for years and never had a problem before and I love the website, but I don't take kindly to having my honesty questioned. Yes, I dealt with a different staff and the beads will be sent. I need to go brush my teeth...there's a bad taste in my mouth.
