These hair accessories are made using Austrian crystal Heart Flatback Rhinestones and glue on pad bobby pins. This is a great technique to make hair adornments for any occasion, such as weddings and formal affairs.
Instructions

No Tools Required!
  1. Add a dab of E6000 glue to the pad of the bobby pin.
  2. Take one Austrian crystal heart flatback rhinestone and place it on to the pad. Note: The heart will cover most of the pad. This was done so that the heart will be secure.
  3. Repeat the above steps to make a second hair pin.
  4. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours before wearing.
