Austrian crystal Christmas tree earrings aren't new, it's true, but most are only three tiered due to limited bead sizes. Go one bigger because we have 4 sizes of margarita beads in peridot.
Instructions

Follow the instructions below twice to make two earrings. Take one head pin, and stack beads on it in the following order, starting from the bottom: One 4mm cube, one 12mm Margarita, one 10mm margarita, one 8mm margarita, one 6mm margarita and one 3mm bicone. Using the wrapped loop technique, create a closed loop at the top of the headpin, no more than 4mm in diameter. Hang the finished tree from an earring hook. When making your second earring, make sure the wrapped loop is the same size as the loop on the first tree, or your earrings will be different lengths. Want your tree to be even taller? Try stacking a second 10mm margarita bead above the first in the tree, and possibly doubling up the 8mm margarita to get even more height.
