Remember to double all of the instructions in order to make both earrings. Begin by cutting the silk ribbon into eight equal sections (this is for both earrings, four sections per earring).Line three of the ribbon pieces up and thread them through a large brass jump ring, so that the jump ring is directly in the center of the ribbons.Fold the ribbons over and gather them together. Tie the six pieces of ribbon together near the jump ring using the fourth piece of ribbon.Use a pair of scissors and your fingers to stretch and fray the ends of the ribbon, giving it a more "ghostly" appearance.Open the loop at the bottom of the earring hook, the same way you would open a jump ring. Thread the loop through the large jump ring, and then close it once more.Using a piece of wire or a toothpick, spread a tiny amount of E6000 on the backs of the black Austrian crystal rhinestones. Press the rhinestones firmly on the ghost's head to create his eyes and mouth. Set aside to dry for a few hours before wearing.Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects.
