Retired - Black & White Rays Bangle

1. You may need to tie off and add new thread while you weave this project. If you are not familiar with how to do this, watch this video before you begin.
2. You will be weaving your triangle beads together in the same way shown in this video. While the video shows brick beads, the triangle beads will be woven in the same way. You just need to make sure that you keep your triangle beads with the points all facing up, since these beads have a top and a bottom.
3. Weave a strip of beads that is four beads wide using Fireline thread. Begin with a black bead, then thread two white beads, and then another black bead. As you weave, continue to use black beads on the two outside rows and white beads on the two inside rows.
4. Continue to weave until your strip contains a total of 140 beads.
5. Place a thin line of E6000 glue around the side of your channel bangle, inside the channel. Leave about 3/4" with no glue. Be sure not to use too much so it doesn't seep out when you add the beads.
6. Working quickly while your glue is still wet, wrap your strip of bead weaving around the bangle over the line of glue. The bead weaving should sit inside the channel of the bangle, and the ends of your weaving should be at the spot with no glue.
7. Gently push the sides of the beading forward until the edges of the beginning and ending beads meet flush when you lay them against the bangle. Use your needle and thread to zip the ends together as demonstrated in the video. Tie off and weave in your threads.
8. Allow the glue to dry thoroughly before wearing.
