When will you ship my order?
We ship packages out five days a week, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. Free standard shipping orders will be shipped within one to three business days after the order is placed. Orders with USPS Priority, USPS Express, or any FedEx or UPS service - other than Ground - that are received before 11:00am Pacific will be shipped next day; if received after 11 am, they will be shipped within 2 business days.
Please note that during extremely high volume periods, such as the month prior to the winter holidays, we may take an extra day or two to ship orders, and the U.S. Post Office may take longer than usual to deliver packages, even via Priority. Accordingly, please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
COVID-19 Update: All carriers have reported continued short delays in pickup and delivery. We will continue to monitor this situation.

How much will shipping cost?
Standard shipping in the United States is free on orders of $35 or more.
For U.S. orders under $35 and other destinations, shipping options and estimated cost can be calculated at checkout before payment is required, but start at only $3.50 for first class mail to any address in the U.S. We charge you only what we are charged to post your package, plus the cost of materials to carefully pack your order. You may click the "Checkout" button at any point while you are ordering to view the shipping total.
How will my order be shipped?
U.S. Addresses:
We ship USPS First Class, Priority and Priority Express as well as UPS 2nd Day Air. For orders totaling $35 or more, USPS First Class mail service is free.
International Addresses:
Most packages ship using USPS Delivery Duty Paid ePacket to Canada and 35 other countries. This is a very cost effective and speedy service that is trackable through milestones right to your door. For packages weighing more than 4.4lbs (2 kilos) we offer other Postal Service and UPS options.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
2022 Holiday Shipping Deadlines:
Orders should be placed by Wednesday, December 14th for the best chance of arriving by Christmas Eve. USPS shipping is not guaranteed. For urgent packages, please select UPS or Express Mail.
Once your order has shipped you can use the chart below to determine the estimated delivery time. Orders are shipped for our fulfillment center in Idaho, so keep in mind time in transit may be less if you are located close. Please note:
- These are estimated times and not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, as well as orders to Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands may take up to 10 days longer than the estimates below.
- Business days refer to weekdays.

Who pays customs duties (if any)?
The great majority of our orders do not have duties charged.
However, on rare occasions, customers have reported having to pay duties. Beadaholique is not responsible for any duties that may be charged by your nation's local customs office.
