Return Policy

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. Prior authorization and an RA# (Return Authorization Number) are necessary for processing your return.

Please Note:
  • We DO NOT accept returns of earwires, cut chain, broken strands, beading kits, books or partial lots of any kind.
  • Returned items must be in re-sellable condition, in original packaging and free from defects.

Did we make an error?

We make every effort to accurately fulfill your order before it leaves our warehouse. If, however, we have mis-shipped an item please contact us at You may also call us at 1-866-834-4618 on weekdays between the hours 9am - 5pm (Pacific Time)

We'll arrange to ship you the correct product right away and provide a postage label or SASE to return the mis-shipped item.
