How do I create an account?

To create an account at Beadaholique.com, click "MY ACCOUNT" at the top right of any page, then click "Create account" from the next page to enter your name, email address, and password. Once you have registered an account, you'll also click "MY ACCOUNT" to sign in.

I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?

If you forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" beneath the login prompt. Enter your email address and you will be sent a link to reset your password.

How do I view my order history?

Once logged in you can click the "MY ACCOUNT" button located at the top of any page. From this page you can:

  • Edit account information and address book
  • Manage wishlists
  • Check your Beader's Rewards points balance
  • Track open orders
  • View previous orders

How can I change my contact information?

Click the "MY ACCOUNT" button located at the top of any page. From this page, you can change or add an address, change your password and view your order history.

What happened to my old wishlist?

When we upgraded to a faster and better experience in August 2019, we unfortunately were not able to transfer existing wishlists to the new website. We have a saved copy of your wishlist available. Please contact us if you would like this emailed to you.

Why was my product review deleted?

We love product reviews! Product reviews help other beaders with their selections and the feedback helps us with providing the best products for our customers. As stated when writing your review, reviews with off-topic comments may be deleted without notice to preserve the quality of product reviews and ratings:

Reviews related to ordering, shipping, website, or other customer service topics may be removed. Questions asked here will not be answered. Please contact our Customer Service team for help.

If your review has been deleted, feel free to re-write and resubmit your review within these guidelines. Any comments or questions about your order, shipping, payment, and other customer service issues should be directed to our Customer Service team.

I used to read your blog, Strung Out? Where can I find it?

Our blog is no longer active or available. With the upgrade to our new website in August 2019, we have decided to retire our blog and focus on providing better content with more instructional beading videos and beading projects.

The 12 Giveaways of Christmas will still be run using a temporary blog during the promotion.
