These pretty vintage-looking earrings are super easy to make. They are also nice and lightweight making them easy to wear. Choose your favorite cabochons or cameos for this project, taking note of the size of the earring pad in relation to your flatback.

Super easy!

The only hard part was waiting for the glue to dry. I used a chunk of Styrofoam to stick the earring post in so the part where the glue goes was flat. The E6000 glue takes up to five hours to dry but gives a good bond. Several hours after gluing the plastic flowers to the posts I turned them over to make sure the flowers were centered on the base. One was a little off but I could slide it to be centered and stuck the post back into the styrofoam. I checked them this morning and they were firmly glued to the posts. I gave this 4 stars instead of five because the flowers look very plastic. They look just like the pictures, I was hoping maybe they would have a little translucency, but they don't. I'm not sure I will ever wear them.
