Instructions

These instructions will give you a 7 inch bracelet. To adjust the length, modify the length of square knotting evenly on both ends.

Cut two lengths of waxed cotton cord, 10 feet and 4 feet.
Fold each length in half and match up the centers. Tie an overhand knot about 1/2 from the center forming a loop.
Place the loop in the top of the macrame board, the shorter ends in the bottom center notch.
Using the two longer pieces you will make macrame square knots for 2 inches.
Slide on the "B" bead onto the two center strands, make two more square knots.
Repeat the above step with the letters: "R", "E", "A", "T", "H", and "E".
Make square knots for another 2 inches.
Take the two outer strands and thread them through the button.
Gather all four strands and tie an overhand knot, securing the button.
Add a dab of Super New Glue to the knot and trim the ends.
All done!
