This quick tip video shares advice for working with different sizes and shapes of seed beads in the same piece of peyote stitch bead weaving. You can absolutely mix cylindric and round seed beads, as well as different sizes, but there are a few things to keep in mind when doing so. The best tip is to graduate the sizes slowly and not go from a really small seed bead to a larger one without some "middle" sizes in between. This will allow your bead weaving to remain flat and not buckle or push the beads out.
