Hi this is Megan with Beadaholique.com and I'm going to show you how to make the rockefeller christmas tree earring from the rockefeller christmas tree earring kit and this is the earring we're going to make it's made with all swarovski elements crystal beads so it's a really pretty sparkly and festive holiday statement what you're going to receive in your kit are two gold plated head pins two gold plated earring hooks and then all of your crystal beads. So you're going to have five sizes of the margarita bead which is this pretty flat flower shaped bead and you have two each of the sizes and then you're going to have your cube beads for the trunk and your bicone beads four the little top I'll show you how to make this what you're going to do here is, if noticed these are in AB, so there's going to be this aurora borealis kind of finish on one side that side is going to go down on all of the margarita beads so the first thing you do is put your trunk bead, the cube onto you're head pin and then stack one each of the margarita beads with that reflective side down and just start with the largest size and go to the next smallest each time then you're going to put the bicone bead on the top and that's your whole tree now we just need to make a wrapped wire loop to do that I'm going to take a pair of chain nose pliers you just grip right above your last bead and make about an ninety degree bend on your wire when you're going to hold onto that with the round nose plier and bend the tail rotate your pliers a little complete the bend you can also use your chain of pliers to pull that bend all the way wrap the tail around you should have just about the right amount left on your head pin to go around the piece of wire there and it'll just be a little tiny bit left so once you've wrapped around and you get to where your beads are again take a pair of cutters just trim that extra little tail off and then push the end flat so that it doesn't polk you can also straighten up your loop make it look a little bit tidier and that's all there is to making the little tree you're just going to hang it from your earring hook you're going to take the end of the earring hook where the loop is, where it has this little ball and just push it to the side to open that up hang your earring by the loops that you created and then just bend that back to close it up make sure that's closed this way too and there you have it. You're going to repeat that whole process to make your second earring you'll have a pair of rockefeller christmas tree earrings.
