  1. Please watch our video: How to Make an Ornate Beaded Bead. Following along with the video, you will use the 3mm beads are the "seed beads" and the 8mm beads as the "4mm beads".
  2. To hang, cut off about 8 inches of cord thread it through one bead and back up, and tie an overhand knot to create a loop.

Ornate Beaded Christmas Ornament

I thought this was excellent instruction. I made an ornament following the video on the first viewing (I did pause it along the way) and have made several since then. I also made my own instruction sheet which also works nicely. I do add small wood ball beads inside to add security to the ornament. I stain the wood the same color as the beads. Thank you.

I was disappointed

I’ve been beading for almost 20 yrs and I found the instructions BAD. I’m not interested in watching a video, I want instructions in writing, step by step, maybe a few pictures would be good. I bought all the beads needed to do these ornaments.
