Retired - New Years' Eve Headband

1. I recommend that you place all 10 of your Stars first. Then you can place the crystal rhinestones in the extra spaces.
2. For placement of the crystal rhinestones, look on the filigree for the flat spots. You will want to make sure the glue has some place to attach to.
3. Let dry overnight before wearing.

• XTL-1054 - E6000 Industrial Strength Glue Adhesive (0.18 fl oz)
