Retired - Gumball Party Cuff

1. Start on one end of the cuff and add a strip of E6000. Then begin adding one pom at a time to the glue. Make sure they are nice and tightly packed.
2. Then add another strip of glue and continue adding poms.
3. Move all the way around the cuff until you reach the end. This cuff fits about four across in rows. (Please see photo for reference).
4. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours before wearing. If any appear loose you can take a toothpick and sneak in a touch of E6000 to secure it.
