Retired - Braided Chains Necklace

Three colors of snake chain are braided together in this amazingly quick and easy necklace. You can even take it apart and put it back together again if you want to use the necklaces singly.
Instructions

Note: Components and tools listed within this INSTRUCTIONS box and the printer-friendly PDF, if available, may have been discontinued since this project was published. Refer to the PURCHASE COMPONENTS and TOOLS AND OTHER SUPPLIES sections for current availability.

  1. Open the jump ring that comes on the oval pave magnetic clasp and replace it with a 22k gold plated 5mm, 21 gauge jump ring.
  2. Use the spring rings on your 22k gold plated, gun metal plated, and silver plated snake chain necklaces to attach them to the new jump ring.
  3. Braid the three necklaces together loosely down the length.
  4. At the end of the braid, place the ends of the three necklaces onto the lobster clasp on the end of the magnetic clasp.
