- This Paper Sealer from Susan Lenart Kazmer's Art Mechanique line is specially designed for use with paper elements under ICE Resin. It's formulated to ensure that the paper will maintain its opacity, instead of becoming transparent as a result of the ICE Resin. Simply apply with a sponge and let air dry for 30 seconds to a minute before applying the resin and inserting into a bezel, etc.
- Great for keeping dark lines in your collage work or maintaining the clarity of photographs under resin.
