Sad Beads

Ne8. I was so excited to get the shell shaped beads that I ordered. I was going to use them for an Ocean theme necklace i'm planning to make. These beads are the wrong color and shape. I would love to get my money back, but your Policy doesn't allow for that. It definitely should in a case like this.
