Silver Starlight Necklace

Kat did an excellent job of describing tools and materials needed. I especially liked how she showed opening the jump ring, placing it on chain after counting the rolo loops, adding the star or bead and closing the ring. I need to buy the bent needle nose pliers because they are so efficient! Thanks Kat for showing us how.
