Beading and Jewelry Making Fall Favorites 2022!

Fall is a special time of year. It feels like a time of love and warmth, when the days get a little cooler and darker and when we spend more time snuggled close to the ones we love. The leaves change, the foods become more savory, and the smells of cinnamon and apple cider fill the air.

Designing jewelry for fall is always a joy. We transition away from the light and bright colors of summer to deeper tones of burnt orange, burgundy, chocolate brown, all shades of green, and wonderful yellows. In just two days it will officially be fall. Here are some of my favorite beads to design with for fall 2022!

New PRESTIGE Innovations Crystal Ignite colors. I think all three of the new Crystal Ignite colors of PRESTIGE fancy stones and chatons are perfect for fall designing. I like the unexpected pop of purple with the maroon and orange. I think you could easily pair these with some warm gold findings and accent them with other fall colors.

TierraCast antiqued copper beads, buttons, charms, and findings. TierraCast offers so many lovely metal finishes but during these months I just love their antiqued copper. It is so warm and inviting and brightens up any design that it is used in. I also like how detailed their pieces are and every one of them can be its own little focal.
