I put the leftovers in bead trays or sort them in egg cartons.

    Annie - December 12, 2024

I store them in clear jars & little clear bags. Then I keep those in storage boxes that are labeled and stacked.

    Kim - December 12, 2024

I store leftovers in baggies and then sort the baggies by color. If I just have a few bead leftover I throw them into my bead soup box.

My extras go into my bead soup container depending on the type of bead i.e. crystal goes into the crystal container, 8/0’s go into its container. This way they are with the same size of type. I love mixed colors!

Pretty much anything I can find but small plastic boxes. Ma have to revamp it. To many beads to use

    Pat Ross - December 12, 2024

I store all leftover beads in their original containers as I often use them to substitute a color I am missing in another project. My beads are all stored in tubes, my tubes are all stored in small plastic photo boxes (just the right length for long tubes) and photo boxes are stored in portable plastic containers designed for them. Hobby Lobby sells these large photo boxes with 12 smaller boxes inside. I have to take my beads to another location to bead so they need to be portable and these boxes work wonderfully.

I store all my left over beads in a bag or bead box that is one huge mess.

    Carla Cashion - December 12, 2024

I love sorting beads its a weird obsession. So left overs are stored together in a jar and when the jar is filled I am thrilled as I get to sit back relax and sort the beads and then place them in ,mini containers.

I posted my comment and then I realized I didn’t answer the question what I do to stir my leftover beats from projects is if there are more of the same I will put them back with them but if there are just a few and that’s all of that kind I will put them into what all of us know as bead soup and keep them in a beautiful box That I have saved for that purpose ! Occasionally I will look into my bead soup and make bracelets and things with them it’s fun to remember a bead and what I used it for in the past!
