Retired - Un Flambeau Earrings

1. Don't forget to double all of the instructions to make both earrings. Begin by cutting two pieces of wire at about an inch and a half long each. Create a simple loop at the end of each piece of wire, turning it into an eyepin.
2. Onto one eyepin thread a round filigree bead. Onto the other eyepin, thread the CZ tube bead. Create a simple loop on the other end of each eyepin, and trim off excess wire.
3. Gently open the wire loop on either end of the round filigree bead, the way that you would open a jump ring.
4. Thread one of the loops through the loop on the earring hook and close it once more.
5. Thread the other loop through one of the wire loops at either end of the CZ tube bead and close it once more.
6. Gently, with your fingers, slightly pry open two of the "petals" of the filigree bead drop, just enough so that you can slide the CZ teardrop bead into it.
7. Once the CZ drop is placed within the filigree drop, close the petals once more.
8. Insert a headpin through the hole at the top of the filigree drop, so that point of the headpin is facing away from the center of the drop.
9. Using a pair of needle nose pliers, grab the edge of the filigree loop and bend it inward on a ninety degree angle, so that the headpin now points directly up from the tip of the filigree drop.
10. Make a simple loop on the headpin and trim off excess wire.
11. Open the headpin loop and thread it through the loop on the other side of the CZ tube bead. Close loop again.
