Retired - The Catania Bracelet

1. The Nunn Design chain used to make this bracelet consists of open chain links, meaning that you can open and close them just like jump rings. Instead of cutting the chain at any point, you will be separating out the links (by treating them like jump rings) at the point where you would normally "cut".
2. Create two lengths of chain that are 41 links long each, 2 lengths that are 40 links long each, and one length that is 4 links long.
3. Now please watch the video: How to Use Nunn Design Prong Settings for Chaton Earrings. You will be using the technique on how to add the chaton to the prong setting, do not worry about the rest of the video.
4. Based upon what you learned in the video, place 7 chatons into 7 prong settings.
5. When you separated out your lengths of chain in the beginning of this project, you should have had some little open chain links left over. Use these just like jump rings to connect together all of your prong set chatons (see picture). If need be, open up a few more chain links from your leftover chain and use them like jump rings to finish connecting all 7 chatons together to form a chain. Make sure to then add one final "jump ring" to each end of your chaton chain.
6. Open one of your large twisted jump rings and slide onto it these items in the following order: 41 link long length of chain, 40 link long length of chain, your chaton link chain, 40 link long length of chain, and 41 link long length of chain. Close the jump ring.
7. Open another large twisted jump ring and link onto it the other ends of the chains from the step above. Make sure that they do not twist or tangle before you place them on the chain and that the chaton link chain will lay flat and face up. Once all the chains are on the jump ring, slip on the little 4 link long piece of chain. Close the jump ring.
8. Open the end link of the 4 link long chain you just attached and place onto it your Nunn Design leaf toggle bar. Close the link back up.
9. Your bracelet it ready to enjoy!
