Denim has been a fashion staple for decades now, and this classic textile has inspired this riveted bracelet so you can show off a retro cool look.

Instructions

These instructions will give you a bracelet that is 6 inches. To make a longer or short bracelet you will need to adjust the length of the denim cord.

Take the bracelet bending pliers and carefully bend the embellished bar into a curve. Set this aside.
Cut off 6.5 inches of the flat denim cord.
Find the mid-point of the cord. Center the embellished bar on the flat cord. Mark each hole on the denim with a pen or pencil.
Take your hole punch pliers and punch 2 holes where you just marked.
Take two compression rivets and attach the bar to the cord. Because the cord is curved you may need to use the edge of your work block.
From the edge of one of the rivet, measure 3/4". Make another mark. Punch a hole and add another rivet.
From the edge of the last rivet, measure 3/4". Make another mark. Punch a hole and add another rivet.
Repeat that process on the other side.
Separate the magnetic clasp.
Add a few drops of Super New Glue into the well of one side of the clasp. Carefully place one cord end into this side of the clasp.
Repeat on the other side. Make sure to leave the ends separated while the glue dries.
