Retired - Cusco Earrings

1. Begin by making the wire segments with the metal seed beads. Cut off 3 inches of wire. Use your wire straightening pliers to gently straighten the wire. To one end make a simple wire loop that is approximately 3mm wide. You will need this extra large loop to fit over the earring finding later. You can always test this out on the chandelier earring finding before proceeding to make all the loops. Onto this "eye pin" you have now made, string on 4 turquoise seed beads. Make another 3mm simple wire loop on the other end and trim any excess wire. Set this piece aside. Repeat this process to make four more eye pins with seed beads on them: one with 4 turquoise beads, two with 6 purple beads, and one with 8 turquoise seed beads.
2. Once you have your eye pins you are ready to assemble the earring. You will notice for the darts, daggers and chandelier earring finding, there is a front and a back. Please see photo for reference as you are assembling this piece. Note the front of all items features the same zigzag pattern.
3. Open one jump ring and attach it to the loop at the top of the earring finding as well as to one small dart charm. The dart charm should fit on the inner side of the oval opening of the earring finding. Close the jump ring.
4. Open the loop of one earring hook and attach it to the top loop of the earring finding making sure it sits at the top. There is plenty of room for both the jump ring from the previous step as well as this earring loop. Close the loop.
5. Open the loop of one eye pin with 4 turquoise beads and attach it to the 1st hole of the fan earring finding. Close the loop. Move to the bottom of this eye pin and attach one small silver dagger. Close the loop.
6. Open the loop of one eye pin with 6 purple beads and attach it to the 2nd hole of the fan earring finding. Close the loop. Move to the bottom of this eye pin and attach one etched dagger. Close the loop.
7. Open the loop of one eye pin with 8 turquoise beads and attach it to the center hole of the fan earring finding. Close the loop. Move to the bottom of this eye pin and attach one large silver dagger. Close the loop.
8. Open the loop of one eye pin with 6 purple beads and attach it to the 4th hole of the fan earring finding. Close the loop. Move to the bottom of this eye pin and attach one etched dagger. Close the loop.
9. Open the loop of one eye pin with 4 turquoise beads and attach it to the 5th hole of the fan earring finding. Close the loop. Move to the bottom of this eye pin and attach one small silver dagger. Close the loop and you're all done!
