1. Please watch our videos: How to Make Concrete Jewelry and How to Add Color Pigments to Concrete for Jewelry. Based on the instructions in these videos, mix your tablespoon of concrete and use a popsicle stick to add approximately 1/4 teaspoon of green pigment to the concrete.
2. Using a toothpick, drip concrete into your circular pendant bezel until it reaches the edge. Carefully sprinkle the desired amount of JudiKins glass shards onto the concrete. Be careful not to over-fill the bezel, and tap down gently onto the shards with your toothpick to make sure each shard is embedded enough to be captured by the concrete. Let the concrete cure fully before moving it.
3. Next, watch our video: How to Use Vintaj Patinas. Using what you have learned in the video, take a paint brush and apply the emerald green patina to the entire surface of the dragonfly pendant. Quickly wipe off some of the patina with the paper towel. Clean the paint brush.
4. Take the Vintaj relief block and buff the top of the dragonfly to reveal the detail on the pendant.
5. Once your cement and patina have both dried, open a 5mm jump ring and slide it onto the top loop of your dragonfly pendant, then slide it onto the loop of your cement poured pendant. Close the jump ring.
6. To attach the pin, use a toothpick to dab E6000 onto the flat part of the pin back and center it horizontally across the back of your pendant bezel. Let dry completely before wearing. Enjoy!
